How do I get an International Visa letter of invitation?
In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many U.S. Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from Bentley International Group producers of the National Green Builders Products Expo. Please note that you must be a registered GIBE attendee/exhibitor to receive a letter of invitation. To receive a letter, please send your request to sharper@bentleyintl.net and list the following information:
Full name (first, middle, surname),
Date of birth
Passport Number
Passport Issue & Expiration Date
Issuing City/State/Province/Country
Company Name
Full Address
Phone
Fax
Email
The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DAHL, fax or other media means.
